We, the members of the PI OMICRON
FRATERNITY, in order to promote our general welfare and interest and that of the Filipino
youth as a whole; to enhance our educational, social, moral, and cultural development, to uphold
and encourage dynamic leadership among ourselves, and desirous to
establish a fraternity that should embody our ideals and hopes and
shall serve as an exemplary training ground for an enlightened
leadership; to foster closer relationship
and cooperation among ourselves; and lastly, in
order to support, to defend and to practice democratic principles in
the governance of our affairs; do ordain
and promulgate this constitution.
